Smart Start early learning series wins two 2022 awards for nurturing kids’ creativity and sparking an interest in learning.

Monterey, CA (July 19, 2022) Evan-Moor Educational Publishers, a leading publisher of PreK–8 educational materials for the classroom and home, has been awarded two Creative Child Magazine awards for their early learning Smart Start activity book series. Smart Start: Beginning Coding Stories and Activities won the 2022 Book of the Year Award in the Kids Educational Activity Books category, and Smart Start: STEM won the 2022 Creative Play of the Year Award in the Creative Activity Play Book category.

Creative Child Magazine is a national monthly parenting magazine dedicated to helping parents develop their child’s creativity through educational and play-based activities. The Creative Child Awards Program is unique in that all products submitted are reviewed by moms, educators, and early education professionals.

Winner of the 2022 Creative Play of the Year Award in the Creative Activity Play Book category, Smart Start: STEM activity books provide fun, hands-on STEM challenges and activities that encourage children to think creatively and explore different ideas to solve problems.
