When you edit an address, change the information as needed and then click the green SAVE button to save your changes.
When you delete an address, you will be asked if you are sure. When you click OK, the address will be removed from your address list.

If you have tried multiple email addresses and are still unable to access your account, please do not create another account. Contact our customer service department, and a representative will look up your log-in information for you.
If you have forgotten your Evan-Moor account password, click on the Log In link located in the top-right hand corner . Click on the Forgot password? link. Type in your email address, and Evan-Moor will email you a request to reset your password.
You don't need an Evan-Moor account to subscribe to the Education E-Newsletter. If you would like to subscribe, start by clicking on the subscribe link.
Your email is not case sensitive. If you are having problems logging into your account, please Contact our customer service department.
There are several ways to access your e-books. Immediately following your e-book purchase, there will be an onscreen link to your account area for you to download your purchase. You will also receive an email confirmation after you place an order that contains a link to the download area. You may also access your e-book purchase by going to My Account and follow the next steps to download your e-book(s).
To download your e-book(s):
NOTE: Your purchase allows for three downloads of the e-book file, and then your access will expire and will need to be repurchased. To ensure easy and ongoing access to your e-books in the future, remember to SAVE the file to your computer or an external storage solution, such as a thumb drive, once you've downloaded it.
An e-book is a PDF file of the book that you download and save to your computer. The content is exactly the same as the printed version. E-books are immediately available to you and incur no shipping charges. An e-book allows you to select and extract the content you want in order to do the following:

If you have Adobe Acrobat Pro, save the page you want to extract as a PDF, then all of the enhanced features, such as the typewriting tools, editing tools, and read alouds will function. However, if using Adobe Reader, the extracted content is saved as an image rather than as dynamic content and the enhanced features will not work on the extracted page.

The time it takes to download an e-book depends on the speed of your internet connection and the size of the file. Most e-books download in less than a minute.
No. You may purchase multiple e-books at the same time, but each e-book must be downloaded separately. You may access your e-books using your online account. Log in, then access your account area and select the Manage E-books link.
Yes. If you have an official, authorized purchase order, you can submit it to Evan-Moor online. It is preferred that e-book orders are placed online because they require an online account. E-books will be delivered to the account of the person placing the order and can be assigned to the appropriate teachers as needed once the order has been completed.
Follow these easy steps to place your online purchase order for e-books:
NOTE: If you do not have an official purchase order yet, you may select the Purchase Requisition option; no order will be placed, but you will be able to print the order to submit to your school or district for approval and to have a purchase order cut.
Once your order is complete, you can immediately access the e-book(s) within the account area of the person who placed the order, using the Manage E-books link. If the e-book(s) were purchased for a different user, you will need to assign them to the appropriate person, who can download the e-book from their own account.
If you prefer, purchase orders containing e-books can be mailed or faxed to us. Please be sure the purchase order includes the name, title, and email address for each person receiving an e-book. After processing your purchase order, a customer service representative will email the main contact person with instructions.

When you download an e-book or courseware, the electronic file is saved to the location indicated by your computer’s browser. If you cannot remember where you saved your digital product or are unable to locate it on your computer, check the downloads folder on your computer. You can also go to the start menu on your computer and search for the Manage E-books area of your Evan-Moor account to download the digital product again.
